As I write this, I am spending my final moments in New York, the city that never sleeps and thinking back on the events of the past few weeks. I spent time with old friends, and made some new friends at community of Christ World Conference held in Independence USA. I attended International Leaders Meetings, met with Church leaders focusing on Transformation in America and Canada and worshiped, sang and soaked up the wonderful feeling of being a worldwide Community of Christ. I look forward to sharing snapshots of World Conference along with a message of Hope for the Future as we share together in Australia Worship Online with Matt, Rob and myself this Sunday at 11:00 am EST. Whilst it was a wonderful experience, being overseas, it will be good to be home with you all once again sharing Communion together.
We as a people of Faith, believe that Hope is foundational to our life as disciples of Jesus Christ.
