A keen group of teens met on the Sunshine coast Queensland for a “meet, greet and eat” session with Kassandra Unger and Tiona Co-Camp Director, Jan Thompson after a recent Queensland PoP -Up Kids camp. This was a great opportunity to get together with some enthusiastic teenagers who will be making a splash at Tiona Reunion Camp for the very first time. For those gathered, it was great to hear first-hand about the Tiona daily program, highlights to look forward to, and to get to know others who will also be attending this weeklong event held at Tiona Holiday Park during the Christmas, New year period. This “morning tea” gathering was so engaging it morphed into lunch, and it was only that Kass had to get to the airport for an afternoon flight home to Sydney that the gathering was bought to a close. It is anticipated that around 250 people will attend as campers or visitors for Tiona Reunion camp and the Tiona Chapel dedication.
