Centenary Tiona Reunion Camp - Dec 2023

It’s only February and already over 200 people have registered for our Centenary Tiona Reunion Camp at the end of the year. We are thrilled with the response so far.

 This does mean, however, that accommodation at Tiona Holiday Park is very tight. We will make every effort to fit in everyone who wants to come, but ultimately we can only work within the constraints of the available accommodation.

 Please read the important information below under the heading that applies to you. 

 

I’ve already registered and booked accommodation!

 We’re so glad you are all sorted. However, please note the following:

 

  • If you have booked on the hope that you will come, but have not yet made a firm commitment to come, reply to this email and let us know. This information will help us with our planning.

  • If you decide not to come at any time during the year, you must let us know immediately, and before you cancel your booking with the Park. This will ensure your accommodation gets reallocated to people wanting to attend the Reunion.

  • Email us if you have spare space in your accommodation and have a suggestion for how to fit more people into camp. Thank you to those who have generously done this already! It is likely that we will seek to reshuffle some accommodation down the track to fit everyone in - we may contact you about this in due course. 

 

I want to come but I don’t yet have accommodation!

 You need to act fast and complete the following steps by the end of February:

  • First, decide for sure whether you are coming. 

  • If you have a firm commitment to come, register everyone in your group if you haven’t done that already - register here … [ ADULT REGO  /  CHILD REGO ]

  • We will then contact you to discuss your accommodation options. We will do all we can to fit you in and meet your needs. Please do not call the Park to try and book accommodation. 

  • It is critical you undertake these steps by the end of February so that by March we have a full picture of our accommodation needs for the Centenary Camp. This information will inform important decisions that need to be made in March. 

 

Please know we are in regular contact with the Tiona Management Committee to explore every option for increasing accommodation capacity at Tionafor the Centenary Camp.
