Hello Transformation Friends,

This week we're finalising the last of our small group conversations exploring the 5 themes of transformation. This has been a rich experience gathering testimony and insight into what is meaningful to our community now.

Today, we'd love to invite you to complete the Transformation survey. The survey explores the 5 themes with new questions to reflect on, and more space for written feedback.

Importantly, the survey will help us gather a Talent Bank, to understand the skills of our people, and also introduce the next phase of transformation: Ideation

We are about to begin the exciting process of generating ideas that will address the five themes. At the end of the survey you will have the opportunity to indicate whether you would like to join a working group to progress to the next state, and indicate the 'theme' you would most like to work with.

We appreciate the time and consideration that each person has taken to engage with this process, and hope that you extend this thoughtfulness to the survey also. We would love to receive survey responses by 30 November, but will extend to Christmas if needed.
