As has become the tradition; the campers at ‘Uplift’ - Mid North Coast Women’s Retreat, have made a donation of funds and bras to The Uplift Project (http://www.upliftbras.org)* again this year, gratefully received by Uplift Project Coordinator Anna Davis, who shared these words of thanks:

“What great service - !! Thank you so much for sorting and labeling and also for your very generous donation of $125 to The Uplift Project. This will go towards the shipping of bras to Fiji ..…..Thank you so much for including The Uplift Project as part of your “Uplift“ focus at your retreat - it has been so appreciated to have your support over the years……donations such as yours, from the Community of Christ, [have] helped many disadvantaged women. “

On behalf of the women’s retreat group, camp director Leanne Johnson passed on “A big thankyou to Pat Legge who saw to sorting and sending off our donated bras and Sunday offering.”

*The Uplift Project collects new and second hand bras and distributes them to women who would otherwise have no access to them.
